ORIlINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AKENOING TITLE 19
OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE REVIEW OF
PLANS WHERE A USED AUTO SALES LOT IS DISCONTINUED FOR MORE
THAN N1:NETY DAYS, AND DEFINING "U~ED AUTOMOBILE SALES AGENCY"
AND "DISCONTINUANCE OF A USE OR LAPSE."
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COtJNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.04.076 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is added to read as follows:
"19.04.076 Automobile sales aqency, used.
'Used automobile sales aqency' means any business which
derive. more than fifty percent of it. qros. annual ,revenue
from the re.ale of used vehicles."
SECTION 2. Section 19.04.186 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is added to read as follows:
