Synopsis of Previous Council action:
The City Attorney was directed to prepare the amendment to
initiate the change in the Land Use Zoning Ordinance for
Petition No. 86-25, at the council meeting of February 2, 1987.
Recommended motion:

for final adoption.

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-25, GENERALLY LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 75 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF LUGO AVENUE ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF FOURTH STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located approximately 75 feet east of the centerline of
Lugo Avenue on the north side of Fourth Street, is rezoned from
R-3-1200, Multiple-Family Residential District to wTw,
Transitional District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Baldridge Subdivision, in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per Plat recorded in Book 17 of Maps,
page 30, Records of said County.
(PETITION NO. 86-25.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code I is amended to ref lect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
hereto, marked Exhibit wAw, and incorporated herein by reference,
is hereby approved and adopted.
