ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-17, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD APPROXIMATELY 155 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF RANCHO AVENUE AT ITS NORTHERN TERMINUS), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, generally located on the north side of Foothill Boulevard approximately 155 feet west of the centerline of Rancho Avenue at its northern terminus, is rezoned from C-3A, Limited General Commercial District to C-M, Commercial Manufacturing District: All that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: All that portion of Government Lot 8 in Section 6, Township 1 south, Range 4 west, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, according to Government survey, described as follows: COMMENCING at a point which is 41.50 feet north and 40.00 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence easterly along the northerly line of Foothill Blvd. (100.00 feet wide) to the southwesterly corner of the land described in the deed ta Mitchell Todorovich et ux., recorded January 24, 1962 in Book 5635, page 229, of Official Records; thence northerly along the west line of said l'adorovich land to the southerly line of the land descrihed as Tract No. 135 in that certain Declaration of Taking by the U.S.A. recorded March 3, 1947 in Book 1981, page 361, of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of said County; thence north 770 50' 56" west along said southerly line to a point which is due north of the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence south to the Point of Beginning. The zoning map, which is incorporated by reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this ordinance. SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved and adopted.
