Synopsis of Previous Commission/Council ection:
Resolution No. 3677 of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino, dated
July 5, 1978, adopting Bylaws for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San
Bernardino.
Resolution No. 4725 of the Community Development Commission, dated February 4, 1985,
adopting Revised Bylaws of the Community Development Commission of the City of San
Bernardino and of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino.
Resolution No. 4946 of the Community Development Commission, dated October 20, 1986
adopted the Bylaws of the Community Development Commission revised as of October 20,
1986.

STAFF REPORT
Pursuant to the Bylaws Section 7. ELECTION OR APPOINTMENT STATUS: The
Vice-Chairman shall be elected at the annual meeting of the Agency and Commission
from among the members of the Commission, and shall hold office for one year or '
until a successor in elected and qualified; provided, however, that the term as
Vice-Chairman shall end at any time the Vice-Chairman ceases to be a member of the
Common Council of the City of San Bernardino.
The Vice-Chairmen's term expired on May 31, 1987. This term expiration creates a
vacancy. It becomes necessary to elect a replacement for the period of time from
June 8, 1987 through July 6, 1987. The Commission's/Agency's annual meeting shall
take place on said date.
