STAFF REPORT
In order to advertise for bids and contact interested parties, '
there has to be more time allowed than the date established in
Resolution No. 87-144. 8y allowing more time, the City will
increase the possibility of receiving better bid and sales
prices for the land in question, which is located at the south-
east corner of Garner Street and Colima Road.
We recommend the passage of this resolution.
URGENCY CLAUSE
The City has not advertised for bids for the sale of this
property, nor have any bids been received. It is imperative
that the time be extended for receiving bids in order to allow
additional time for advertising.
