ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO PROVIDING ZONING
DESIGNATION c-M, COMr1ERCIAL MANUFACTURING DISTRICT, FOR CERTAIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY (PREZONE 86-ll, BOUNDED O~ THE EAST BY
TIPPECANOE AVENUE, ON THE SOUTH BY THE I-lO FREEi'>'l\Y, ON THE WEST
BY ORCHARD DRIVE AND ON THE NORTH BY THE EXISTING CITY LIMIT
BOUNDARY), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL
REVIEI, .
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L Prezoninq of certain Territory.
The following described property, bounced on the east by
Tippecanoe Avenue, on the south by the l-lO freeway, on the west
by Orchard Drive and on the north by the existing City limit
boundary, is declared to be in the C-M, Commercial Manufacturing
District, effective on the effective date of annexation of the
property to the City of San Bernardino.
The land herein referred to as being annexed to the
City of San Bernardino is more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
All of Tract 2743 as per plat recorded in Book 38
of MapS, page 47 records of the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, State of California
and that portion of Lot 5, Block 72 Rancho San
Bernardino recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2
records of said County together with the adjoining
streets described as follows:
commencing at the point of intersection of the
Northwesterly right-of-way line for I-lO (Redlands)
Freeway and the center line of Tippecanoe Avenue,
said point being also Point "A"; thence Course "A"
Southwesterly along said Northeasterly prolongation
and said Northwest right-of-way line a distance of
l400 feet, more or less, to an angle point on the
City Limit Line for the City of San Bernardino, said
point being the True Point of Beginning; thence
North along said City Limit Line llOO -feet, more
or less, to an angle point in said city Limit Line:
thence East along said City Limit Line l375 feet,
more or less, to an angle point in said City Limit
Line said point being also the center line of said
Tippecanoe Avenue, thence leaving said City Limit

SECTION 2. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
