STAFF REPORT
On January 23, 1978, the Mayor and Common Counlcil originally
approved Tentative Tract No. 10182.
On March 26, 1981, the Mayor and Common Council approved Tenta-
tive Tract No. 10182.
Tentative Tract No. 10182 was approved by the Planning Commission
on Oecember4, 1984. The Final Map was approved by the Mayor
and Common Council on December 26, 1985. The reason for the
proposed action is due to change of ownership.
Tract No. 10182 is a Twenty-Nine lot single family residential
and one (1) common open-space area subdivision.
The requi red bonds and Certificates of Insuran'ce have been fi 1 ed
with this office, and the prescribed fees have been paid. Also,
the improvement and grading plans have been prepared and will be
approved.
The Final Map has been reviewed and found to be in substantial
compliance with the Tentative Map and the Subdivision Map Act.
Therefore, we recommend that the Final Map be approved.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A NEW STANDARD FORM AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF THE
EXISTING AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE IMPROVEMENTS TO BE INSTALLED
IN TRACT NO. 10182, LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 488 FEET SOUTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF IRVINGTON AVENUE AND EAST OF OLIVE AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council find that
proposed Subdivision Tract No. 10182, located approximately 488
feet south of the centerline of Irvington Avenue and east of
Olive Avenue, is consistent with the General Plan of the City of
San Bernardino.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is
authorized on behalf of said City to execute the Standard Form
of Agreement, adopted by Resolution No. 84-8, with W C B
Associates, and release the existing agreement with Shadow
Meadows, Ltd., for the improvements in said Subdivision Tract
as are required by Title 18, Municipal Code of City and the

California Subdivision Map Act.

specified at 24 months.
Said improvements are specifically
described and shown on Drawing No. 6978, 6979, 6980, and 17269
approved and o~ file in the Office of the City Engineer of the
City of San Bernardino.
SECTION 3. The Subdivider shall first execute the

agreement referenced in Section 2 hereof for the improvements

within said subdivision. The City Clerk shall certify the
25
approval and acceptance of the Mayor and Common Council as set
26
forth in this resolution.
