Synopsis of Previous Council action:
12-13-86 Council Ways & Means Committee reviewed proposed lease
and directed the City Engineer to proceed with prepara-
tion of the plans for the Capital Improvements, and
recommended CDBG Funds be allowed.
Resolution adopted authorizing execution of a lease with
the San 8ernardino Spirit Class "A" 8aseball Team for use
of Fiscalini Field.
Approval of Plans and Authorization to advertise for bids,
Spec. No. 7155.
All bids rejected

STAFF REPORT
All work under this contract was satisfactorily completed as
of May 6, 1987.
The contract was awarded for the low bid price of $71,880.00.
Contract Change Order No. One decreased the contract price by
$2721.50, from $71,880.00 to $69,158.50. The actual final
contract price is $69,158.50.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted, and that
final payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien
period.
SYNOPSIS OF PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:

Resolution No. 87-~5 adopted awarding a contract to
G D M Electrical Construction for low bid price of
$71,880.00.
