GARAGE AUDIT - PERSONNEL CHANGES - Item continued. The Committee agreed in concept with the recommended changes: however since some additional coordination is needed, the item will be brought back to Committee. 2. SECRETARY - DEPUTY CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE - The Committee recommended approval. 3. TELE-COMMUNICATIONS CLERK - CITY ADMINISTRATOR - The Committee recommended approval of a Typist Clerk III to fill this position. 4. ACCOUNT CLERK/SECRETARY - BUILDING & SAFETY DEPART- MENT - The Committee recommended approval of a secretary position in the Department of Building and Safety. 5. HIGHER LEVEL ACTING POSITION - The Committee mended approval of the resolution as presented. recom- 6. DISCUSSION - TRAFFIC ENGINEERING DIVISION continued. The Committee needed additional time to the Berkeley Study. Since Public Services and Public ings are impacted, the Committee needed more input. Meeting adjourned.
