According to City Council resolution, rental fee for this use would be .$520.0D plus costs for electricity. Junior University has been conducting youth theatre at the Roosevelt Bowl for nearly two decades. Attendance exceeds 20,000 each summer. Junior University, Inc., has acquired a $1 million liability policy that names the City as additionally in- sured at a significantly higher rate than previous years. They have requested that the cost of the liability be accepted in lieu of the rental costs.
