Recommended motion:
Pursuant to Municipal Code Sec. 19.060.070, that the Mayor and
Common Council direct the Planning Department to initiate proceedings
to amend Municipal Code Sec. 19.30.010 (re C-3A zone) as follows:
1. In the Tri-City Redevelopment Project area only the height
limit shall be 62 feet.
