STAFF REPORT
This City-Owned parcel has been declared surplus property
and authorization was given to sell this parcel. The minimum
bid price is $60,000.00.
As of the 19th of June, which was the date to receive
sealed bids, there were no sealed bids received.
The bid specifications No, 15,05-172 call for oral bids
to be received at 9:00 A.M. on July 6, 1987, The bidding shall
start at $60,000,00 and increase at least one hundred dollars
greater than any prior oral bid.
If there are no oral bids we recommend that this depart-
ment continue with the authorization to sell this parcel.
Urgency
Resolution No. 87-143 states that oral bidding'will take.
