Recommended motion:
That a finding be made that installation of the 36-inch Master Plan
Storm Drain in Kendall Drive, from Devi1's Creek Channel to Pine
Avenue. in accordance with Plan No. 7224. is needed for health and
safety reasons.

STAFF REPORT
Installation of this 36-inch Master Plan storm drain will
decrease the potential for flooding damage along the earth
shoulder of Kendall Drive and encroachment of flood waters
into the traffic lanes of Kendall Drive. Such flooding con-
stitutes a serious hazard in years of heavy rainfall.
We recommend that a finding be made that installation of this
storm drain is needed for health and safety reasons.
