Additionally, a full service kitchen will be included in this center. Lunch will be prepared in this kitchen to serve those in attendance, and for delivery to seniors in their residences. Construction of this center will significantly improve the level of health for senior citizens in the community. Therefore, we recommend that a finding be made that this center is needed for health and safety reasons. .. ITEM #13 75-0264
