I, Rachel G, Clark, being duly sworn, depose and say: That I am the duly
chosen and qualified Secretary of the Mayor and Common Council and the Community
Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino,
The joint adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and
Community Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino scheduled for
Wednesday, June 24,2009, at 4:00 p.m., in the Economic Development Agency
Boardroom, 201 North "E" Street, San Bernardino, California, has been canceled.
At 4:00 p,m" Monday, June 22,2009, Linda Hartzel, Deputy City Clerk,
posted a copy of the Notice of Meeting Cancellation conspicuously on or near the door
of the place where the joint adjourned regular meeting was to be held,
The next joint budget meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and
Community Development Commission will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 29,
2009, in the Economic Development Agency Boardroom, 201 North "E" Street, San
Bernardino, California,
