CLASSIFIED GENERAL FUND 6. Fire Prevention Officer (Duoree. D.) - Out of Phase Merit Increase FIRE Out of Phase Merit increase is requested to raise employee's salary at least 5% higher than the new Fire Prevention Officer's he is providing training too. Doug Dupree is highly deserving of a merit increase. Tvoist Clerk I (Mever. Elizabeth L.) - Appointment - Mavor's Office Last incumbent hired to fill this position, voluntarily and suddenly vacated the position. It is critical to the successful operation of this department to maintain this position in a filled capacity to provide expeditious customer service and telephone support to City Departments and the general public.
