Synopsis of Previous Council Action:
June 1,2009 -Second reading of an ordinance clarifying the process for obtaining a permit to
consume alcoholic beverages in a park, and to authorize fees relative to processing of
information concerning liens. The Mayor and Common Council also voted for the removal of
the Police Department's Fix-It- Ticket-Officer-Sign-Off fee.
May 18, 2008 - Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
establishing certain fees for services furnished by the City of San Bernardino, and superseding
all prior fee resolutions.
Recommended motion:
Adopt Resolution.

Subiect:
Resolution of the City of San Bernardino amending Resolution 2009-122 establishing certain fees for
services furnished by the City of San Bernardino, eliminating the Police Department Fee for Fix-It-
Ticket-Officer-Sign Off.

At the meeting of the Mayor and Common Council on June 1,2009, the body voted to bring back the
City's Master Fee Resolution with the removal of the Fix-It- Ticket-Officer Sign-Off fee. The fee had
previously been set at $20 when the Mayor and Common Council approved the City's Master Fee
Resolution on May 18,2009 (Resolution 2009-122).
During the process to adopt the Master Fee Resolution, no revenue was budgeted in the City's General
Fund for the creation of the Fix-It- Ticket-Officer Sign-Off fee. As such, the removal of the fee will
not impact the City's General Fund.
Financial ImDact:
None.
Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
2009-122 ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES FOR SERVICES FURNISHED BY THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, ELIMINATING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FEE
FOR FIX-IT-TICKET -OFFICER-SIGN-OFF.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council voted to remove the Fix-It-Ticket-
Officer-Sign-Offfee from the City's Master Fee Resolution at the May 18, 2009 meeting of the
Mayor and Common Council.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Resolution No. 2009-122, Part XI, Section I, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 1.
The following schedule of fees is hereby established for services
furnished by the San Bernardino Police Department save to the extent that such documents may
be subject to production under the Public Records Act ("PRA") in which case the provisions of
the resolution setting fees under the PRA shall control:
A. Cassette Tape Reproduction: $60.00 each (blank tape required).
B.
Computer Location Activity Printout:
$75,00 per ten page increment.
C.
Concealed Weapons Permit:
