Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino requesting that the City of San Bernardino?s primary election be consolidated with the November 3, 2009 consolidated election conducted by the County of San Bernardino. Authorize the Director of Development Services to execute Contract Change Order No. Two with Weka, Inc. for Sewer Force Main and Colton Lift Station improvements at Inland Center Drive ?
