Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 the Commission met in closed session to give instruction to the Commissions negotiator on the purchase of property. The real property which the negotiations concern is generally located along 201 North "En Street. AND Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 the Commission met in closed session to consider personnel matters. Commissioner Flores stated that correction needed to be made on attachment, "B" entitled "Interested Persons List" specifically number 4 and 5 which are shown as "Buainess Persons" but rather they should be listed as "Residential Property Owners". Dennis Barlow, Agency Counsel stated that ColDlllissioner Estrada had a list of names that needed to be included as part of the motion.
