The project con- sists, in general, of construction of a new concrete block rest- room building, to replace the existing structure that is not accessible to the handicapped, and modifications to the Community Center. Listed below is an estimate of the total estimated project costs: Construction Contract $ 61,982 Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1852) 12,850 Sub-Total $ 74,832 Contingencies (10%):1: 7,168 TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 82,000 An amount of $68,650 in CDBG Funds was allocated, under Account No. 121-544-638, in the 1987/88 Budget. Supplemental funds in the amount of $13,350 have been provided by the Comnununity Development Department from available balances from other projects. We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization granted to advertise for bids. This project and removal of architectural barriers at Wildwood Park will be incorporated into one contract. 10-26-89 75-0264
