DescriDtionl Finance: Council Notes: 75-0262 Agenda Item No s'f L1 CITY OF_ SAN BERClRDINO - REQUEST CbR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT A petition has been received by this office requesting the fOI'lllltion of an assessment district for the maintenance of landscaping within the detention basins located within Tract No. 14184 and Tentative Tract No.14185 . This petition is the result of a requirement by the City for the Developer to establish the district. The assessment will include maintenance of landscaping, energy costs, and administrative costs. The signatures affixed to the referenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the property lying within the proposed boundaries of the district to be assessed for the proposed maintenance.
