It was agreed that all actions on specific requests would be continued to the end of the meeting. Unfor- tunately, the meeting went late and this change was not made by motion. In a June 6, 1988, Planning Luncheon Workshop, Jim Penman listed some amendments that would have to be made to the Interim Policy Document before it was approved by OPR. He pointed out that the map also needed follow-up because some official Council actions were not yet on the map. One of those was the theatre on Del Rosa, south of Highland Avenue. The Council agreed that it was their intent to make that change, and the Planning Director agreed to make this change on the map. As the Council was in workshop session, they decided to take official action later when the Interim Policy Document came up on the agenda. Later that evening, the Council asked me what actions needed to be taken and I failed to include the above-mentioned parcel. I feel that since this omission was just oversight, that a correction to the Preferred Land Use Alternative Map would solve the problem. No changes to the wording of the Interim Policy Document are necessary. I \ 75-0264
