2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY Of SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 3985 ENTITLED IN PART, "A RESOLUTION. . PROHIBITING
3 PARKING UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR PORTIONS THEREOF. .
TO ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ANYTIME ZONE ON "E" STREET, BETWEEN
4 FOURTH STREET AND CHURCH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Resolution No. 3985, which prohibits parking
upon certain designated streets or portions thereof, Section One,
Subsection (9) "E" Street, (h) is amended to read:
