The following five step pay plan was adopted by the Library Board on
May 19, 1988.

This pay plan is identical to that of their full-time counterparts
which increases their flexibili~y in terms of job assignments.
Eligibility for step advancement 1S based on satiSfactory performance
and positive recommendation of the department head.
The Library indicates sufficient funds are available in their FY 88-89
budget to fund these actions.

SENIOR LIBRARIAN (PART-TIME); LIBRARIAN (PART-TIME) AND
LIBRARY CLER~ (PART-TIME)
BE IT RESOLVED BY .THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6413, Section Thirteen is
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION THIRTEEN: Temporary/Part-Time Employees:
