1. The Council approved the class of Senior Code Compliance Officer at their
meeting of July 5. 1988.
2. The deleted classes were moved to the Middle-Management Unit by Resolution

STAFF REPORT
1. The Senior Code Comp1i.ance Officer is one of the positions in the expanded
Code Enforcement Program approved by Council on July 5, 1988.
2. Because of internal reorganization and realignment of supervisory duties.
the deleted positions were found to meet the definition of a middle-manage-
ment employee and were moved to the Middle-Management Unit by Resolution
88-150 dated May 16, 1988.
