Synopsis of Previous Council action:
3-7-85 --- Resolution No. 85-98, adopted by the Mayor and Common Council,
declared that all the land included within the boundaries of said
district will be benefited by the construction of said
i mprovernen ts.
5-13-85 --- Resolution No. 85-167, adopted by the Mayor and Common Council,
found that the public interest, convenience and necessity required
the formation of an improvement district for the construction of
curbs, gutters, paving, driveway approaches, str~et lights and
appurtenant facilities. .
Recommended motion:
Adopt the Resolution.

Common Council declared that all the land included within the
boundaries of said district will be benefited by the construction

annual assessment shall be levied on all land within the district
to provide funding for said
construction; and
WHEREAS.
an Assessment Roll has been prepared
totalling $14.252,67 which sets forth the individual assessments
24 to be levied on each of the parcels of land within Assessment
25 District No. 965 for the fiscal year 1989-90;

1 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
2 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
3 SECTION 1, That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby
4 find and determine that the proportionate costs to be levied
5 against the parcels of land within Assessment District No. 965
6 are correctlY set forth on Assessment Roll No. 965 for the
7 fiscal year 1989-90, designated as Exhibit "A" and attached
8 hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments.
9 SECTION 2. That the City Cleric is directed to cause a
10 copy of this Resolution to be transmitted to the Office of the
11 Auditor-Controller for the County of San Bernardino with the
12 request that the individual assessments be placed on the subject
13 1989-90 property t~x bills for collection together with all other
14 property taxes.
15 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
16 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
17 Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held on the
18 day. of , 1989, by the following
