Recommended motion:
That the Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department accept on
behalf of the City, a gift of $ 1,000 from Ray and Rhoda Fox to be used for the
purchase of Play equipment for the Tot Lot at Harrison Canyon Park.

ACCEPTANCE OF GIFT OF $1,000 FROM
RAY AND RHONDA FOX TO BE USED FOR THE
PURCHASE OF PLAY EQUIPMENT FOR THE
TOT LOT AT HARRISON CANYON PARK.
STAFF REPORT
Former Councilman Steve Marks honored Ray and Rhoda Fox for their long standing
support of the Community by giving them a $ 1,000.00 check.
Mr. and Mrs. Fox chose to donate the $ 1,000 to the City Parks, Recreation and
Community Services Department for the purchase of play equipment for the Tot Lot
expansion at, Harrison Canyon Park.
These funds will be placed in the Gifts Catalog Account and will be added to the
proposed improvement budget for Harrison Canyon Park.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department, wishes to gratefully
accept from Ray and Rhoda Fox this, generous donation for Harrison Canyon Park
improvements.
