'3 Dear Annie: Per our meeting of May 2S, we are proceeding on revising our construction document to reflect the following: 1. Revise the existing topography of the recently submitted 100 percent grading plans and provide a grading design based upon this new survey information. The survey is to be provided by the City and the City will once again verify the condition of the topography. It is assumed by all parties that very little, if any, grading has occurred in the existing ballpark and therefore, the Morse topo will be used in this area. 2. Revise the 100 percent submitted street plans to allow a 20 foot setback from publ ic street curb to onsile curb as requested by the City. The revision will include providing a parkway culvert and swale to allow drainage to the existing catch basin from the new curb. 3. Revise the 100 percent submitted demolition plan to include the new survey information. 4. Revise the 100 percent submitted horizontal control plan to accommodate the City's requested change in the street alignment. S. Revise the grading plans to reflect current topographical information and revise grading design based upon new survey information. 6. Revise our estimate of construction costs to reflect all changes refl ected above. -ff ,~'3J v (/9 , ,~ '1988 ~~hl A 15641 Red Hill Avenue, Suite 205, Tustin, California 92680-7383,(714) 259-9300 L . c o o o Ms. Annie Ramos May 16, 1988 Page Two It is our understanding that the above outl ined services lFi+t should be. considered an addendum to our contract and will be billed on a lump sum not to exceed $12,500.00.
