The undersigned, WAI-TO SAMSON CHAR, declares: 1. I am the co-owner of the premises located at 1263 North Mt. Vernon Avenue, San Bernardino, California. The other co owner is my brother, WAI-YIN RANGLE CHA. These premises consist of an apartment-motel with eight (8) dwelling units. 2. I agree that there are numerous drug and prostitution problems on the premises which I am unable to control. I furtheJ agree that there are numerous violations of the Municipal Code of the City of San Bernardino, the Uniform Building Code and the Health and Safety Code, which I cannot afford to correct. 3. I have agreed to close the premises effective July 31, 1988, and I have no opposition to a temporary restraining order or injunction that would prohibit occupancy of the premises until the entire structure is brought up to code and approved by the City Building and Fire Inspectors and the County Health and Safety inspectors. 4. I have accepted no rent for the period beyond July 31, 1988, and if the court orders the premises vacated, I will accept no rent for the period beyond July 31, 1988.
