ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION'19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-18, GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE WEST SIDE OF SIERRA WAY BETWEEN HIGHLAND AVENUE
AND 27TH STREET), AND .ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San
Bernardino Municipal Code, the following described parcel of
real property, generally located on the west side of Sierra Way
between Highland Avenue and 27th Street, is rezoned from R-1-
7200, Single-Family Residential District to R-3-3000, MUltiple-
Family Residential District:
All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
The north 55 feet of the east 155 feet of
Lot 3, Sierra Vista Tract, in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 18 of Maps,
Page 54, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set
