ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-12, GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 4TH STREET AND LUGO AVENUE),
AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San
Bernardino Municipal Code, the following described parcel of
real property, generally located at the northeast corner of 4th
Street and Lugo Avenue, is rezoned from R-3-1200, Multiple-
Family Residential District to "T", Transitional District:
Lots 3, 25, 26, 27 and 28, Baldridge
SUbdivision, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 17 of Maps, Page
38, Records of said County.
(PETITION NO. 86-12)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set
forth in this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein
by reference is hereby approved and adopted.
