RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF FEES CONCERNING THE CONDUCT OF OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Costs to be incurred or expected to be incurred
7 bv the Citv as a result of outdoor entertainment. Pursuant to
8 Section 5.42.030 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code the costs
9 to be paid prior to a proposed outdoor activity shall be set
10 pursuant to the following schedule:

A. Each police officer expected to be used shall cost the
12 applicant $32.24 an hour or the hourly rate of an "E" step patrol
]3 officer, whichever is greater.

B. Each police vehicle expected to be used shall cost the
]5 applicant $2.00 an hour.

C. Each police motorcycle expected to be used shall cost
the applicant $3.00 an hour.
