STAFF REPORT
Ordinance No. MC-535, adopted August 4, 1986, permits parking
lot and sidewalk sales in C-l Districts subject to a permit.
The ordinance further provides that permit fees shall be
established by resolution of the Mayor and Common Council.
The Business License Supervisor recommended that the
resolution establish the fee at $25.00.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE

for the issuance of an outdoor sales permit.
