stAFF REPORT
Christian Alcoholic Awareness Program has applied for the use of Nicholson Park and
Center for a free Thanksgiving Day meal for the needy on November 27, 1986. CAAP
has requested that they be exempted from the fees required by Resolution 83-201, in
the amount of $46.50.
This program qualifies for an exemption as provided by Resolution 86-3l6. In accor-
dance with this resolution, the following conditions have been met:
1. A $500,000 liability policy has been provided;
2. an indemnification agreement has been provided;
3. CAAP is providing a service beneficial to city residents, and
4. they are in compliance with all other ordinances and requirements.
Approval of the exemption is recommended.
