Gentlemen:
At the meeting of the Mayor and Co~on Council held on
October 6, 1986, the proposed vacation of 17th Street, east
of Conejo Drive, and the appeal on the Planning Commission's
decision of denial of variance No. 85":'24" to waive Section
19.12.060 to allow an encroachment into a setback area in the
R-3-l200 Multiple Family Residential District, were continued.
This matter will be heard at the Council meeting of
October 20, 1986, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300
North "0" Street, San Bernardino, California. This item will
be on the Planning portion of the Council agenda, scheduled
for 2:00 p.m.
