RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION 8
OF RESOLUTION NO. 83-48 TO REQUIRE COMPATIBILITY OF STRUCTURES
WITH THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE
DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE TO DENY AN APPLICATION FOR
DEVELOPMEN'l'.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution NO. 83-48 Section 8 Subsection B is
hereby amended to read as follows:
-B. That the buildings, structures and development,
and use thereof, shall be compatible with and not detrlaeDtal to
each other as well as the surrounding neighborhood, aDd shall
likewise be compatible with and not detrimental to the zone
within which such project shall be established so property values

surrounding area shall be assured.-
SECTION 2. Resolution No. 83-48 Section 8 is amended by
adding Subsection G to read as follows:
KG. In the event the Development Review Committee
cannot make all required findings of fact in the affirmative,
the Development Review Committee may deny said application for
development.-
