INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM
8609-308
TO: The Honorable Mayor and Common Council
FROM: Frank A. Schuma, Planning Director
SUBJECT: Continued Item - Variance No. 85-24
Mayor and Council Meeting of October 6, 1986
DATE:
COPIES:
September 30, 1986
(6848)
-------------------------------------------------------------
Variance No. 85-24 and the proposed vacation of
east of Conejo Drive were continued from the
meeting of September 11, 1986 at the request of
owner, applicant and adjacent property owners.
A subsequent meeting was to be held on September 25, 1986,
however, the representatives from Eldorado Bank were unable
to attend. In a telephone conversation with Bob Nichols on
September 16, 1986, it was my impression that Eldorado Bank
was going to withdraw their request ,for both the street
vacation and the,Variance. The building in question then
would be relocated to conform with all applicable ordinance
requirements.
17th Street

Further discussion with the representatives from Eldorado
Bank is to take place during the week of September 29, 1986.
