BID SPEC: F-87-6
The proposed purchase is for three new parking control vehicles, to be utilized in
daily operations by the Public Building Parking Control Department, At the request
of the department and in co-ordination with the Equipment Superintendent, approp-
riate specifications were prepared, published and furnished to area equipment sup-
pliers. The following is a summary of bids received.

Specifications as bid have been reviewed with the Superintendent of Public Buildings
and the Equipment Superintendent who concur that the bid of Pacific Eqt. & Irrigation

accepted for contract. Funding is from Public Buildings Parking Control.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A BID TO PACIFIC
EQUIPMENT & IRRIGATION FOR THE FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF THREE PARKING
CONTROL VEHICLES TO BE UTILIZED BY THE PUBLIC BUILDING PARKING CONTROL
DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH BID SPECIFICATION F-87-6.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BER-
NARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pacific Equipment & Irrigation is the lowest and best
bidder for the furnishing and delivery of three parking control vehicles in
accordance with Bid Specification F-87-6for the total amount of $23,046.00;
pursuant to this determination, the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized
and directed to issue a purchase order for said three parking control
vehicles to said lowest and best bidder; such award shall only be effective
upon the issuance of a purchase order by the Purchasing Agent; and all other
bids therefor are hereby rejected.
