The low bids for these schedules were submitted by the Aerial Service Corporation in the aggregate amount of $124,700.00. Listed below are the facilities included in this contract, and the amounts budgeted for custodial services in the 1986-87 fiscal year under Account No. 53115. A conference will be held with the Contractor and facility managers before work is started to review requirements of the specifications and responsibilities of the facility managers. The Agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney's office to incorporate the revisions approved at the Council Meeting of 9-22-86. 75.0264 l - ~ o o o o 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A CONTRACT 3 TO AERIAL SERVICE CORPORATION FOR PROVIDING CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC BUILDINGS. 4 BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF 5 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. Aerial Service Corporation is the lowest 7 responsible bidder for providing custodial services for various 8 public buildings, in accordance with Schedules No. IV, V, VI, VII, 9 VIII and IX of Plan No. 7021, for the total amount of $124,700.00, 10 and a contract is awarded to said bidder accordingly, but such 11 award shall be effective only upon the contract being fully exe- 12 cuted by the parties; all other bids therefor are hereby rejected; 13 and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said 14 contract on behalf of the City; a copy of the contract is attached 15 hereto, marked Exhibit "AH and incorporated herein by reference 16 as fully as though set forth at length. 17 SECTION 2. This contract and any amendments or modifica- 18 tions thereto shall not take effect or become operative until 19 fully signed and executed by the parties and no party shall be 20 Obligated hereunder until the time of such full execution.
