STAFF REPORT
The Engineering Division was requested to investigate the
traffic operation at the intersection of "E" Street and
Bloodbank Road.
Engineering's investigation indicates that the traffic
operation, at this intersection, can be improved by establish-
ing approximately 150 feet of "No Parking Any Time" zone on the
North side of Bloodbank Ib,ad to restrict truck parking, and
painting centerline striping at the intersection approabh.
The study was presented to the Mayor's Traffic Safety
Advisory Committee at their September 10, 1986, meeting, and
the Committee has subsequently approved the proposed "No
Parking Any Time" ztine and centerline striping.

Please add Paragraph (b) to Resolution 3985,
Section One, Subsection (3.2a) to read:
(b) between "En Street and a point 150 feet
Easterly applicable to the North side only.

NO. 3985 ENTITLED IN P~RT "A RESOLUTION. . . PROHIBITING PARKING
3 UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR PORTIONS THEREOF. . ..~ AND
AUTHORIZING A 150 FOOT "NO PARKING ANY TIME" ZONE ON THE NORTH

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
6 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 3985, which prohibits parking upon
8 certain designated streets or portions thereof, Section One
9 Subsection (3.2a) BLOOD BANK ROAD is amended by adding thereto
10 paragraph (b) to read:
11 H(b) Between "E" Street and a point 150 feet easterly,
12 applicable to the north side only."
