STAFF REPORT
The constr.uction of the restroom at Elks Field, in Wildwood
Park, was satisfactorily completed September 10, 1986.
The contract was awarded for the low bid of $34,000.00 and
Change Order No. 1 was approved with an amended contract
price not to exceed $36,000.00. The final contract price
was $35,939.12.
We recommend the work be approved and accepted, and final
payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien period,
