Synopsis of Previous Council action:
On October 27, 1982, a contract was awarded to Merlin Johnson
Construction for installation of sewer mains in Walnut, Muscott,
Bellview, Congress and pico Streets, using Community Developement
Block Grant funds. This contract is now the subject of litigation.
Recommenojed motion:

That the Mayor and Common Council meet in closed session to
discuss pending litigation in the case entitled Merlin Johnson v.
City of San Bernardino, Superior Court, San Bernardino County Case
~o. SCV-2l8923, Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
