1. R-3 MULTI-FAMILY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - After exten-
sive discussion, the Committee tasked the PlAnning Director
to redraft Chapter 19.12 addressing the concerns that were
discussed. Of particular concern were: 1) Downzoned/upzoned
land AS a result of the amendment, 2) Square footage, 3)
Heighth, And 4) Requirement of ConditionAl Use Permit. The
drAft would provide flexibility and include standards for
future community development in simple, eASY to read lan-
guage. The drAft will be prepAred by mid-September and
brought bACk to the Committee.
