RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BER~ARDINO AWARDING A BID TO POMONA VALLEY
EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC. FOR THE DEMOLITION OF A TWO STORY BUILDING AT 1093
W. 5TH STREET IN ACCORDANCE WITH BID SPECIFICATION F-87-3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BER-
NARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pomona Vall~y Equipment Rentals. Inc. is the lowest respons-
ible bidder for the Demolition of a two story bui'lding at 1093 W. 5th Street
in accordance with Bid Specification F-a7-3 for the total amount of $14.200.00;

pursuant to this determination. the Purchasing A~ent is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a purchase order for said demo11tionof two story building at
1093 W. 5th Street to said lowest responsible bidder; such award shall only be
effective upon the issuance of a purchase order by the Purchasing Agent and
all other bids therefor are hereby rejected.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
meeting thereof. held on the day
