PARKS, RECREATION & COMMUNITY SERVICES BUDGET - Item continued. The City Administrator, in coordination with Annie Ramos and Warren Knudson, was directed to provide a clear cut, specific report exploring all alternatives. Fund- ing sources one and two were supported and any remalnlng sources will be considered at the next Committee meeting. , 2. POLICE BUDGET - The Committee unanimously accepted the recommendations submitted by the Police Department and commended them for an outstanding job. 3. CDBG FUND REVIEW - Item continued. 4. CABLE TV FRANCHISE FEES Item continued. The Finance Director was asked to prepare a summary of dollars paid and what the City can legally do to reclaim any excess fees that might have been paid by our citizens. 5. RDA/COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SEPARATION - The Committee recommended approval of the separation and directed it to be placed on the September 8, 1986 agenda. 6.
