The August 18 hearing by the Mayor and Common
Council regarding the operation of S & S Meat Prod-
ucts, 1389 West Mill Street was continued at the
request of Councilman Hernandez.

identified as M-l WLight Industrial District-, which
does not permit a meat processing plant but does allow a
trucking or transportation company. The use was
originally relocated by the City.
6. The City Attorney conducted an Order to Show Cause
meeting on July 21, 1983. S & S Meat Products to
undertake corrective action. Mr. Downer, County
Department of Environmental Health Services indicates
S & S Meat Products is clean and very neat. City to
continue monitoring.
