Gentlemen:
At the meeting of the Mayor and Common Council held on
August 18, 1986, the Planning Dire.9tor was instructed to
~nge2 meetinll with CharIe's'.Sch'uItz, representative of
Eldorado BanK~~S. Tina Gonzales, a representative from
the City Attorney's office and himself. Ms. GonzaleS is
requested to notify other property owners who may wish to
attend. The purpose of the meeting is to resolve the
issues discussed during the hearing,on the vacation of
17th street, east of Conejo Drive and during the hearing on
variance No. 85-24.
The Planning Director and the City Attorney are to report
to the Mayor and Common Council on SeptembE_.~.l_,_lJl,86, with
specific recommendations on the action the Council should
take with regard to the street vacation and the variance.
Also, the City Attorney was requested to report on the legal
implications and the City's liability with respect to the
actions that might be taken. (Vacation or no vacation>
