STAFF REPORT
The Southern California Edison Company has requested an
easement across a portion of City owned land located at Si~th
Street. West of Pedley. The easement is required due to the
upsizing of So~thern California Edison's service with the
installation of'two additional boosters at the Water Depart-
ment's Antil Plant.
The Board of Water Commissioners approved said easement at
their regular meeting held on Tuesday. August 5. 1986.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO GRANTING AN
EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, A CORPORATION,
OVER CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT SIXTH STREET, WEST OF PEDLEY,
SA~ BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE:
That the City of San Bernardino execute a
Grant of Easement to Southern California Edison Company, a
corporatioo,
for
,transmi ss i on
of
electrical
energy and
appurtenant facilities.
SECTION TWO:
That the said Grant of Easement referred to
herein, a copy of which is attach~d hereto, marked Exhibit "A",
and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as
though set forth at length herein, is hereby approved.
SECTION THREE:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of San Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
