per month, effective as soon as possible.

EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THt=: BOARD
3 OF WATER COMMISSIONERS RELATING TO LEASE OF OFFIO: SPACE IN CITY
HALL.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
5 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION I. The Mayor of the CitY of San Bernardino is hereby
7 authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City a First
8 Amendment to Lease Agreement with the Board of Water Commissioners
9 relating to lease of office space in City Hall, a copy of which is
10 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by
11 reference as fully as though set forth at length.
12 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
13 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of. the City of San

1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
2 (Offic~ Space in City Hall)
3 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into
4 this
day of
, 1986, by and between the
5 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a municipal corporation referred to as
6 "CITY", and THE BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS, referred to as
7 "BOARD".
8 The parties agree as follows:
9 1. Recitals.

(a) The parties hereto entered into a lease agreement
11 dated the 5th day of June, 1972, for rental of office space ~n
~
12 City Hall, hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"..
13
(b) CITY and BOARD now desire to amend the Agreement to
14 increase the total annual rental payment due under the Agreement.
15 2. Amendment of Agreement. The Agreement is hereby amended
16 in the following respect:

(a) The first paragraph of Section 3 of the Agreement is
18 amended to read:
