Home Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue, accepting the public dedications
as set forth on said map; and authorizing execution of the Standard
Form of Agreement for the improvements in said subdivision, with time

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP FOR SU8DIVISION TRACT NO. 13296. LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF HOME AVENUE AND PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE.
ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC DEDICATIONS AS SET FORTH ON SAID MAP; AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT fOR THE
IMPROVEMENTS IN SAID SUBDIVISION. WITH TIME FOR PERFORMAN!E

BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SA~ 8ERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:

easterly corner of Home Avenue and
together with the provisions for its design and improvements,
is consistent with the General Plan of the City of San
8ernardino.
SECTION 2:
The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino
14 is authorized on behalf of said City to execute the standard
15 form of agreement adopted by Resolution No. 84-8 with Triple H
16 Ranch Homes, for the improvements in said subdivision tract as
17 are required by Title 18 of the San Bernardiflo Municipal Code
18 and the California Subdivision Map Act. The time for perform-
19 ance is specified at 24 months. Said improvements are
20 specifically described and shown on Drawings No. 7004. 6201,
21 6249 and 6250, approved and on file in the Office of the City
22 Engineer of the City of San Bernardino.

SECTION 3: The Final Map of said subdivision tract is
24 hereby approved and the City of San Bernardino hereby accepts
25 as public property all dedications within the subdivision as
26 shown on said Final Map for streets. alleys. (including. access

1 precedent to approval of the Final Map, the Subditider sh~ll
2 first execute the agreement referenced in Section 2 hereof for
